REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Bespoke design services
Because our products are custom‑designed and personalised, they are not eligible for refunds once design work has begun.
2. Before work begins
If you cancel before we start designing, you may receive a refund of any deposit paid, minus any administrative costs.
3. After design work begins
Once work has started, deposits are non‑refundable. If you cancel after receiving proofs, you will be charged for work completed up to that point.
4. Printing errors
Printing will not commence until approval of proofs has been received. Any errors spotted following this will not be entitled to a refund. If an error is caused by us, we will correct it at no cost. If an error is caused by incorrect information provided by the client, reprints will be charged.
5. Turnaround times
Estimated timelines will be provided at booking. Delays caused by late client responses are not our responsibility.
